About Carlton Kohler
Co-Founder of Luxe Roofing
Carlton Kohler is a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, former senior property field adjuster at MetLife, and the founder of Luxe Roofing—Georgia’s go-to roofing company for homeowners who expect more than just a new roof.
Carlton served as a firefighter in the Marine Corps and deployed to Afghanistan in 2012, where he learned firsthand the value of discipline, teamwork, and staying calm under pressure. After completing his service, he transitioned into the insurance industry, ultimately rising to the role of senior property field adjuster at MetLife. There, he gained deep insight into the insurance claims process—expertise he now uses to advocate fiercely for his clients and help them get the coverage they deserve.
In 2020, Carlton launched his first roofing company, Elite Exteriors. The experience was transformative—but he saw an even greater opportunity to go deeper: to offer homeowners not just exceptional craftsmanship, but a level of personalized service that’s rare in the industry. That vision led to the creation of Luxe Roofing.
At Luxe, Carlton leads a select team with a simple mission—deliver premium roofing solutions with white-glove care, full transparency, and zero shortcuts. From Brava synthetic shake installations to complex insurance-backed replacements, every project is executed with military-level precision and homeowner-first thinking.
Off the roof, Carlton is a proud husband to Haylee and dad to two incredible daughters, Harvin and Mason. He lives in Jefferson, GA, where he spends his free time at the gym or golf course—always looking to level up, both personally and professionally.
About Sally Ann Adair
Co-Founder of Luxe Roofing
Sally Ann Adair brings a rare fusion of business acumen, creative problem-solving, and heart-centered leadership to Luxe Roofing. With a diverse background spanning office management, customer service, and entrepreneurial ventures across healthcare, retail, and the arts, Sally thrives in dynamic environments—and found her true calling in the roofing industry.
She began her roofing journey as Office Manager at Elite Exteriors, Carlton Kohler’s high-performing roofing company, where she quickly became a pivotal force in elevating operations and client experience. Learning with speed and precision, Sally streamlined internal systems, improved team communication, and helped refine the company’s
professional image. When the opportunity arose to co-create a new kind of roofing company alongside Carlton, she stepped confidently into the role of co-founder and co-leader at Luxe Roofing.
At Luxe, Sally’s vision reaches far beyond the business. Her passion is people—building a culture where team members feel seen, supported, and genuinely excited to show up. A place where contribution is celebrated and purpose drives performance.
Sally partners closely with Carlton to shape a brand that redefines the roofing experience: one rooted in elegance, education, and excellence.
Outside of Luxe Roofing, Sally is a devoted wife and mother. She is committed to building a Christ-centered home, serving her community with compassion, and helping others feel cared for—whether under their roof or beneath hers.
